摘要: | 对于共变异数分析下的处理均差,本研究提供了精确信赖区间两个原则的样本数计算。在计算样本数时,利用信赖区间的方法可以提供更多参数的资讯,通常会希望信赖区间宽度越狭窄越好,因此可以透过样本数的决定来获得狭窄的信赖区间,以预期参数的估计拥有高度的准确度。共变异数分析下处理均差的信赖区间宽度决定于处理均差的标准差,而此标准差与t分配及卡方分配有关,透过统计分配性质的严谨讨论,针对不同参数组合下,计算达到信赖水准所需要的最适样本数。 This article provides the sample size calculation for precise confidence interval of mean difference of treatment for analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Calculating appropriate sample size with the approach of confidence interval could provide more information for population. The adoption of the sample size could narrow confidence interval, and the estimation accuracy of the population was expected to be high. The standard deviation decided confidence interval width of mean difference of treatment for ANCOVA which is related to T statistic and Chi-Square statistic. Thus, using these T statistic and Chi-Square statistic to calculate a proper sample size with different combination of population under required confidence level. |
