摘要: 在現今,創新能力是競爭優勢中是非常重要的,本研究探討組織結構透過組織承諾和吸收能力對創新績效的影響。受測者為科技業的公司決策者,回收共61份有效樣本,並以階層迴歸模型進行統計檢定,前置變數為組織結構中的決策制定、權威層級結構和工作編纂,中介變數為組織承諾和吸收能力,結果變數為創新績效。研究結果證實,決策制定對組織承諾有負向影響,工作編纂對吸收能力有正向影響,且組織承諾與吸收能力在組織結構對創新績效影響的過程中呈現完全中介。
Innovational capability of competitive advantages is very important, this study investigated the impact of organizational structure through organizational commitment and absorbing capacity on innovational performance. The questionnaire is written by decision maker of company of technology industry, we get 61 effective samples, and have a statistical test by hierarchical regression model, the antecedents are decision-making, authority of the hierarchy and job codification, which are the dimension selected from organizational structure, the mediators are organizational commitment and absorbing capacity, the consequent variable is innovational performance. The results confirmed that the decision-making have a negative impact on organizational commitment, job codification has a positive effect on the absorption capacity, absorptive capacity and organizational commitment have absolute mediated effect on the organizational structure to innovation performance.
