dc.description.abstract在醫學和生物研究上,常常需要從特定影像上得到一些重要的資訊,例如血液中紅血球和瘧原蟲的比例或者是一隻果蠅腦中的腦細胞個數,要完成這個工作可以利用手動將影像上的資訊圈選出來,但隨著影像解析度的增加這個工作變的複雜且耗時,本論文提出利用Matched Filter和k-means clustering為基礎所發展的顆粒擷取方法。並將該方法應用在果蠅腦細胞的計數實驗上。zh_TW
