摘要: | 國內資訊軟體業近年快速蓬勃發展,但一直無法解決軟體開發品質與成本控制,往往造成交貨品質不良,後續維護困難與專案時程延遲,導致整個專案成本失控與客戶滿意度不佳,喪失商業競爭力。
有鑑於國外許多資料顯示成功導入 CMM/CMMI制度公司,均能享有更快的產品交付時間,更低的工作成本,更高的產品品質,以及更高的員工生產力等效益,國內資訊業者在政府宣示與鼓勵下,多家廠商已積極投入引進 CMMI制度來改善軟體開發品質與成本,提升自己的競爭力並與國際軟體開發標準接軌。此故,本研究主要目的是探討國內資訊業者導入 CMMI 概況及效益,並找出一家具有領導指標的個案公司深入研究,導入 CMMI制度對其軟體開發品質與成本之影響,藉此瞭解其導入經驗與效益。
本研究方法利用定性個案分析法,以設計訪談問卷進行深度訪談個案公司之開發部門、品質管理、業務部門等部門主管、以及高階決策主管。由研究結果得知導入CMMI制度對軟體品質及開發成本有直接影響,可提供給國內資訊業者欲導入CMMI制度作軟體開發品質改善之重要參考。 The software industry in Taiwan develops fast in the local market, however there have been problems of software quality and the development costs for years. These problems resulted in the poor cost management and the lower customer satisfaction which caused the lost of competitive advantages. Organizations implemented CMM/CMMI successfully all have benefited from shortening product delivery time, lowering working costs, as well as increasing product quality and productivity. Seeing that advantages and with the encouragement of the government policy, some IT companies have activated CMMI projects to improve their software development quality and costs which also have enhanced their competitive advantages. The purpose of this study is to explore the CMMI development status and benefits in the local market, and to carry a case study for a benchmarking software company in order to understand the effect of CMMI implementation to the company. For the case study of S company, we conducted interviews with directors of R&D, quality assurance and sales divisions, and also the CEO of this company. Analyzed results showed that the successful implementation of CMMI did influence the software quality and the project development costs. These results can be very useful to the companies which are going to implement CMMI to improve the software quality and the development costs. |
