摘要: | 本文主要是以一座运转生产中的TFT-LCD厂之冰水系统为实验测试对象,运用田口式方法找出较最佳的操作条件。而主要方法为改变冰水主机之冰水出口及冷却水入口温度设定,并搭配不同的二次侧冰水泵浦运转台数下,对冰水系统整体效率之影响,所搜集建立之资料分析,找出节能之最佳操作组合模式以供运转参考。 由实验结果得知,若冰水主机之冷却水入口温度愈低则冰水主机愈省能,若冰水主机的出水温度设定愈高虽然可直接降低主机本身的消耗功率,但同时也会直接增加二次侧冰水泵浦耗能。 This study investigated the optimal characteristics of the TFD-LCD utility plant with air condition system. The optimal operational air conditions are analyzed in associated with the Taguchi methods. The affects of different parameters for the air conditions are compared by chilled water temperature, condenser water temperature and the secondary chilled water pumps. The Results show that the variation of condenser inlet water temperature is strongly influenced by the energy consumption. The energy consumption of the chiller is decreased due to a lower condenser inlet water temperature. By increasing the chilled water temperature, the chiller energy consumption decreases, otherwise increase the energy consumption of secondary chilled water pump. |
