dc.description.abstract本論文提出一種自動化設計OP AMPs的流程,並且經由三種常用OP:FOLDED CASCODE、TELESCOPIC、TWO STAGE 驗證後,由HSPICE直接連結設計,最後由C語言程式化實現整套架構。使用者只需要輸入其需求的規格,在限定架構之下便可得到符合規格的電路。OP 是類比電路中的基本模組,並且廣泛地運用在各式電路中,發展OP AMPs的自動化設計可有效地加速類比電路設計研究,並且增進類比電路產品的競爭力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAn automatic flow to design OP AMPs is proposed in this thesis. It has been verified by the three common OP AMPs topologies: folded cascode OP、telescopic OP and two stage OP. They are designed and simulated by HSPICE. Furthermore the algorithm is realized by the C program. What is the user to do is to input the specification they require, and the program will offer the circuit which fits in with the demand in the assigned topology. OP AMPs are the fundamental module in the analog circuit and are extensively been used in the all kinds of circuits. Developing the OP AMPs automatic design can speed up the research on analog circuit design and increase the competitiveness of the analog circuit products.en_US
