新穎鍺酸鹽螢光體合成與發光特性之研究

Abstract

本研究利用固態合成法製備Ba2GeO4: R3+ (R = Ce, Tb)、Ln2GeO5 (Ln = Eu, Tb)與Ln2Ge2O7 (Ln = Eu, Tb)等三系列的鍺酸鹽螢光體，並利用紫外-可見光全反射光譜、X-ray粉末繞射與螢光光譜進行其結構與發光特性鑑定。其主旨在於開發新穎的鍺酸鹽螢光體，並探討活化劑濃度對稀土鍺酸鹽螢光體發光特性的影響。

Novel phosphors with compositions of Ba2GeO4: R3+ (R = Ce, Tb), Ln2GeO5 (Ln = Eu, Tb) and Ln2Ge2O7 (Ln = Eu, Tb) were synthesized by solid state method. Their structural and luminescent properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, reflectance, and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
