摘要: | 本研究利用固态合成法制备Ba2GeO4: R3+ (R = Ce, Tb)、Ln2GeO5 (Ln = Eu, Tb)与Ln2Ge2O7 (Ln = Eu, Tb)等三系列的锗酸盐萤光体,并利用紫外-可见光全反射光谱、X-ray粉末绕射与萤光光谱进行其结构与发光特性鉴定。其主旨在于开发新颖的锗酸盐萤光体,并探讨活化剂浓度对稀土锗酸盐萤光体发光特性的影响。 Novel phosphors with compositions of Ba2GeO4: R3+ (R = Ce, Tb), Ln2GeO5 (Ln = Eu, Tb) and Ln2Ge2O7 (Ln = Eu, Tb) were synthesized by solid state method. Their structural and luminescent properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, reflectance, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. |
