摘要: | 在這微利的新時代,經濟環境瞬息萬變,企業想要追求不斷地成長、持贏保泰,不可或缺的武器就是「創新(Innovation)」,而新產品開發更是企業創新的關鍵。新產品的開發一向是企業維持成長之重要條件,若能在產品發展階段來減少週期時間,將是企業能否創新成功與維持獲利之關鍵。「現在客戶要求只有兩件事,一是即時上市(Time to Market),另一個就是差異化(Differentiation)」。然而一高競爭力產品之開發仍有賴與公司其他部門相互支援、密切配合,方能完成;好的產品必須符合顧客品質(Quality)、成本(Cost)、交期(Delivery)、售後服務(Service)之需求,以期縮短產品開發與上市的時間差與成本。
TRIZ理論以系統化創新思考的方式來解決問題,能幫系統設計者和工程人員獲得想要滿足現行創新問題方面概念的需求,與傳統思考的窠臼截然不同。本研究主要以C 系統(C System)為產品開發流程架構的筆記型電腦電子產業為主,商業模式採用代客生產加工(OEM)與委託設計製造(ODM)方式,探討範圍涵蓋產品設計、產品量試及量產等階段。應用TRIZ系統化發明方法與工具如對照式解法五階段、四十項發明原則及演化趨勢等,解析C 系統目前的問題點,並建議實務可行之解決方案,落實產品上市時程(Time to Market)、產品成本控管(Cost Control)及產品品質控管(Quality Control)等三大效益。希望能運用TRIZ理論來提出一套方法,此方法能幫助企業解決產品開發過程中所可能遭遇的問題。本研究以筆記型電腦關鍵組件樞軸(Hinge)為例,產品開發流程改善後的新型產品提出專利申請,業已獲得智財局核准通過。 In the new era of this meager profit,the economic environment is rapidly changed,enterprises are willing to pursue growing up constantly,holding winning to protect safely,the indispensable weapon is「Innovation」,and even more new product development is the key innovation of enterprises。The development of the new products is always the important condition that enterprises keep growing up,if possible to reduce cycle time in product development stage,the key factor that enterprises could be innovated successfully and keep making profit。「The customer only concerns two things now,first is Time to Market,another one is Differentiation」。But the development of a high competitiveness products is still depended on supporting with relevent departments of company that closely cooperated,thus can be achievement;the good products must fit in with customer's demand such as Quality、Cost、Delivery、and Service,to anticipate of shortening product development and time difference of entering the market and cost。 TRIZ theory solves the problem by systematically innovated thinking manner,it can help systematic designer and project personnel that they want to fulfil the demand for the concept of currently innovative problem,the nest thinking with tradition is significant difference。This research mainly taking C system as the structure of product development process of Notebook computer in electronic industry,the commercial model adopts by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM ),probe into the range included the phase of product design、product pilot run and mass production。Apply TRIZ systematically inventing methodologies and tools such as solution mapping 5 stage、40 inventions principle and trend of evolution etc…,to analyze C system present problems,and propose the solution with feasible practice,implement products Time to Market、Cost Control and Quality Control benefits。Anticipate to apply TRIZ theories to propose a set of method , this method can help enterprises to solve the problem that may meet in the product development process。This research uses Notebook key component Hinge as an illustration,after the product development process the new-type product is incremental improvement and address the application for patent,and it have been approved by Intellectual Property Office。 |
