dc.description.abstract | 在本論文中,利用薄膜製程(Thin-film)來設計平衡-不平衡轉換器(Balun),所設計之Balun能夠符合IEEE 802.11b(2.4GHz)無線區域網路系統的規格要求,並能夠提供電源饋入(DC feed)的功能。在此我們利用modified Marchand Balun來做為我們這次設計的電路架構,並利用薄膜製程的高精密度特性來達到低損耗、寬頻及可預測性的設計 ,並實際製造出三種不同規格的Balun,以驗證我們的理論。同時也設計了帶通濾波器(Bandpass Filter)以及雙工器(Diplexer)來證明電路的特性。 | zh_TW |
