摘要: | 隨著自動化科技日新月異的發展,居家生活的品質也由傳統的遮風避雨之需求演變到現今追求安全與舒適的生活品質,加上人們對資訊的交流及休閒的重視,因而以往的住宅功能已不敷所需。因此,本研究提出一個以行動保全及家庭網路為基礎之智慧型建築,來提昇生活的便利及安全。
本研究整合行動保全及家庭網路等領域之理論與實務,提出一個可應用於居家生活管理的智慧型建築。本智慧型建築是以科技整合家用產品的概念,來整合保全設備、衛星導航、資訊家電、網際網路、電腦等軟硬體,讓一般住宅成為一個智慧型建築。
本研究的結果確實能夠運用先進的技術,來控制居家的空調、照明、防災、防盜以及其他資訊家電等設備,同時也能藉由自動化的運作,塑造一個舒適、效率及安全等方面,都能令人滿意的居家環境。根據實驗分析得知,本研究所提出的智慧型建築,在提昇居家安全、讓居家設備的使用更具便利性、提升居家資訊通訊功能等構面,皆能產生實質的效益。 People have changed the demand of livelihood quality from keeping out wind and rain to pursuing security and comfort. In addition, people have more respect for information sharing and leisure. These reasons cause that the traditional building can not meet their requirements. Therefore, this research proposes an intelligent building based on mobile security and home networking in order to enhance the convenience and security of livelihood. This research integrates mobile security and home networking and proposes an intelligent building. According to the concept of integrating technology and household equipment, the intelligent building consists of security equipment, GPS, IA, Internet, and computer. The results of this research show that this research can use advance technology to control household appliances about air conditioner, illumination, disaster, steal, and IA. Furthermore, it can create a comfortable, efficient, secure livelihood quality. According to the results of experiment, the proposed intelligent building can actually produce a great benefit such as livelihood security, efficiency of household appliances, functions of information and communication.
