dc.description.abstract為了改善p型守護環狀結構在高頻的效果,本論文提出一個針對Giga-Hertz基底雜訊的主動保護電路。此電路利用了雜訊去耦和反向前饋方式。提出的反向前饋電路藉著引入一個零極點和一個振幅調節方式,能夠有效使抑制基底雜訊達到Giga-Hertz。此電路不僅提供了去耦路徑,而且檢測出雜訊程度並傳遞到振幅調節器執行雜訊相消。經由0.13-μm CMOS 製程進行電路實作,藉著應用推出的主動保護電路,頻率從直流到1GHz被動p型守護環狀結構的抑制能力能夠被改善多於14dB以上。zh_TW
