dc.description.abstract本論文利用有限元素方法對生物細胞之突出行為做模擬分析。模擬方向主要分為兩大部分,一為探討細胞膜進行突出行為形成偽足時,其變形程度與機械力之關係,另一方面則探討偽足內之主要支撐—肌動蛋白纖維束,計算其於不同結構組成下所可承受之臨界負載,而後整理兩部分之結果資料並與相關的生物研究報告之數據做比較,可發現結果吻合,成功的利用機械工程科學模擬了生物細胞之行為表現,亦代表了工程科學理論於生物醫學方面可佔有相當的發揮空間。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research employs finite elements for the simulation of the protrusion of biocells. The simulation has two concentrations. One is to study the force needed to produce the protrusion, and the other is to study how much actin filaments are needed to provide the sufficient stiffness for the protrusion. Our finite element predications are in consistence with experimental results. These works bring out the opportunity to simulate biocell phenomena with computational mechanics.en_US
