dc.description.abstract本實驗利用PECVD沈積氮化銦(InN)奈米粒子在二氧化鈦上,製造氮化銦/二氧化鈦太陽能電池,氮化銦在不同製成溫度下的各項性質,已藉由UV/Vis吸收光譜、XRD圖譜、SEM圖譜和AM1.5逐一分析,作為界面測試的參照資料。 硼酸和亞磷酸被選為連接分子(linking molecule)改善氮化銦/二氧化鈦之界面,結果顯示硼酸在光電轉換效率(power conversion efficiency)上有增強的效應,而亞磷酸則會降低整體效率。連接分子(硼酸和亞磷酸) 在二氧化鈦/氮化銦界面的鍵結情況,都已系統地透過ESCA能譜分析,在本論文將作詳細討論。zh_TW
