dc.description.abstract	本篇論文主要是針對當階段I中的資料來自於混合常態分配時，提出一個EM-MLE法來估計管制狀態內之製程的參數並用以建構控制圖，並經由模擬證實新方法會比傳統估計參數的方法在參數估計上、階段I中之假警報率和偵測力，還有階段II中平均連串長度的表現都要來得好。	zh_TW
