dc.description.abstract任何組織都需要好的策略來達成願景。限制理論創始者高德拉特博士定義策略與戰術研究範圍,並發展出策略與戰術圖。策略表示組織一切的活動方向,戰術表示達成策略所做的手段,另外透過三個前提假設(必需的、平行的、充分的)能有效建構策略與戰術圖。本篇論文目的是將策略與戰術圖和傳統策略工具(方針管理、平衡計分卡)分析比較,解釋如何使用該工具並導入例子詮釋,了解策略與戰術圖是有邏輯性的思考工具,以及擁有三點優勢:提供接納不同意見的討論平台、檢視策略規劃者之間的了解程度、提供所有參與的人能同步化行動。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAll organizations need good strategies to reach their visions. Dr. Goldratt defines the scope of strategies and tactics. Furthermore, he presented a new thinking tool, Strategy and Tactics (S&T). He proposes that the strategy of an organization dictates the direction of all activities and tactics are the chosen types of activities needed to implement the strategy. Besides, It can be helpful to build the strategic and tactic tree with three assumptions (necessary, parallel, sufficient) .The purpose of this research is to compare S&T tool with other traditional methodologies (the policy management, the balanced scorecard ) and to demonstrate how to use it in a practical case. At last, we conclude that S&T is a powerful logic tool and has three advantages: To check our mutual understanding regarding achieving ambitious goals, to provide a base for synchronisation among all people involved, to provide a platform for discussing the ways to handle differences of opinions.en_US
