摘要: | 许多动物传染病的暴发,使得食品安全事件在近年不断的发生,为了解决这样的问题,世界各国都在进行生产履历制度的推广。但是目前的生产履历制度仍采以纸张记录为主及需要大量人力的作业方式,无法有效的追踪、追溯食品的来源与流向。而具有物件追踪能力的RFID技术,便成为一个有效的解决方案。 因此本研究藉由RFID技术来建构一个生产履历系统。在为农业产品植入RFID晶片后,每项生产中的农业产品都成为资讯系统可追踪控管的物件。生产履历系统将可以将控管的程度深入至单一农业产品而非同一种/养殖区。并且可以改善生产履历的相关作业流程,使得生产履历中每个需要被纪录的事件可以由农民即时透过装置便利的加以纪录。 本研究提出在整个供应链从养鸡场开始到屠宰、加工、流通销售业者加上结合了RFID技术生产履历制度的导入,不但能完整的记录农产品于食品供应链中的各种状态与资讯、正确确实的进行农产品生产履历资讯的登录、有效的辨识搜寻、追踪与回溯农产品实体与其资讯、提升业务效率外,并有助于市场区隔,提升竞争优势与外销竞争 In recent years, food safety event occurs because of epizooty. Many countries build food traceability system to solve these problems. However current food traceability system must work by paper working and need a lot of manpower. It can not be traced and tracked back where the food coming from and where the food going to. RFID technology can trace object. It can solve these problems. The research proposed a combined RFID technology to food produce traceability system. RFID technology can be easier used to trace every one food, not only every batch. RFID technology also can automatically record every event and information about food produce by handhold devices. The research results of the paper are providing integrated entire food supply chain food tactility system by RFID technology. The benefit is that we can trace every one food produce, and can let consumer get complete food produce information to choose safety food for purchase. |
