摘要: | 工程中所存在之界面問題,包含在相關空間、區域、實體、物質、或階段時程之間所形成共同界限之面,往往足以影響整個工程品質與整體專案之成敗導致成本之增加,並且對後續使用與維護上之便利性造成長遠之影響,是工程執行者最需要能夠預先預防與克服的,如何應用專案資源對界面問題進行鑑別以及決定處理的優先順序與採取適當的對策,並且將這些過程與結果有效的建立成為一系列能傳承之經驗學習知識庫,對於面對範圍日趨複雜且組織屬於臨時性質的工程專案管理者而言,必需要有一套簡便且有利於追蹤管理與記錄的工具。
失誤模式與影響分析(FMEA)是一項系統危害分析與風險評估之技術工具,也是全面品質管理的方法之ㄧ,且FMEA表單屬於一種動態管理的文件,能夠時時追蹤及更新而達到持續改善之功效,表單化的運作與書面總結過程,彙整可作為經驗學習的知識庫。本研究將應用此危害分析與風險評估之技術工具於工程界面之鑑別與預防,並且以變電工程施工過程中,土建設施與變電設備之間發生的界面事件模式進行鑑別與影響分析為例,將界面事件特性與FMEA結果,予以整合成系統化之表單記錄,期能做為後續案件設計及施工問題預防與改善之參考,以解決上述問題,並達到下列目的:
1. 建立工程界面FMEA模式,分析變電所機土界面問題。
2. 以FMEA將界面問題對工程專案之影響程度予以量化。
3. 將過程記錄於界面FMEA表,建置經驗傳承之知識庫。 The interface events to be in engineering include Space, Area, Entity, Materiel and between the phase schedule to form the common limit facet, usually to influence all the engineering quality and the success or failure about the project, to result in cost increase, and the convenience has the long term influence in the following use and the maintenance, about these are the project performer most needs to be able to beforehand to prevent and overcomes. How to application project resources effectively to carry on the interface events identify and take suitable countermeasure as well as decision processing order of priority. And to establish into a series of inheritance experience study knowledge base about the process and result, regarding to the more complex engineering scope and temporary organize project manager, must needs a simple and easy to use and beneficial to track manage for record implement. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a technique tool for system hazard analysis and risk management, it’s also one of the total quality management, FMEA form is belong a dynamic management document to track and update at any time for continuous improve effectively. Form operation and writing summary process to be summarize for experience study knowledge library. This study wills application hazard analysis and risk management implement for identify and prevent for engineering interface. For example of substation construction process within civil and electrical engineering interface events model to identify and effect analysis, to build up a [Interface FMEA form] to integrate interface events characteristic and FMEA result for systematization form record. Expect to be the follow up project design and construction events prevent and improve reference resources to solve the problem and for the listed below goal. 1. To build up a engineering interface with FMEA model to analysis substation engineering between civil and electrical engineering interface. 2. Evaluation by FMEA for influence level to the interface events in the project. 3. The process recording to the contact interface FMEA form, establishes knowledge library of the experience inheritance. Between civil and electrical engineering interface via substation engineering to assay operation, the confirmation applies the method to be possible effectively to achieve the upper row goal, Provides besides the present interface conformity and the coordinated mechanism a simple practical method may supply reference the correlation project contact surface management utilization. |
