摘要: 目前車輛偵測系統已成為智慧型運輸系統重要的一環,傳統蒐集路況資訊之偵測器,多直接引進國外產品,不但價格昂貴,其後續的維護及相關技術都受限於國外,而且這些偵測系統並不完全適用於國內的路況特性。本研究團隊對於影像與雷達微波偵測器的相關技術研究與問題分析,已有持續性的關鍵技術突破,因此,本計畫將利用研究團隊之前發展的相關影像、雷達微波偵測與辨識技術,持續整合研發影像與雷達微波偵測器的相關技術,解決研發偵測器可能面臨的相關課題。在影像偵測器方面,本系統已具日、夜間暨破曉、黃昏之車種辨識能力,多車道之車種及車速辨識。在微波偵測器方面,本研究研發了國內第一顆車輛偵測器的CMOS晶片,並且結合了自行研發之雙陣列天線,完成國內第一個微波偵測器之雛型,經過初步測試後,其效果甚佳。本研究期望藉由影像與雷達微波車輛偵測系統的研究,發展智慧型影像與雷達微波車輛偵測系統,以整合國內相關產業的技術,達到扶植技術研究與落實產品開發的目標,以創造出適合本土型的車輛偵測技術,降低硬體設置的成本與提高系統的準確度。
Presently, the surveillance systems become important issues in ITS. In Taiwan, the vehicle detectors are imported till now. The detectors are expensive and unsuitable for the local circumstances. Also, the detectors have high maintenance costs and the foreign companies own the core techniques. The research team has studied the techniques of the vehicle detection systems for many years and has many breakthrough achievements in this area. As for the vision-based vehicle detector, the system has the vehicle identification ability of multiple lanes during day/night time already. As for the microwave-based vehicle detector, the CMOS IC of vehicle detector (first developed in Taiwan) and the antennas developed by ourselves compose the embryo detection system, and the embryo has good performances. Hence, this project includes the techniques of the research team in vision- and microwave-based vehicle detection systems. We hope the study of the vision- and microwave-based vehicle detecting systems as a beginning to integrate the industries of vehicle detectors and to manufacture systems with low cost and high accuracy in the future.
