基隆河洪氾管理指標之不確定性對洪氾區劃設範圍之影響分析

Abstract

本計畫之主要目的為探討基隆河之內水、水文量及河道糙度係數等三個洪氾管理指標之不確定性對洪氾區劃設範圍之影響，期望此計畫完成後，能提供與十河局作為擬定洪氾管理相關策略的參考，以減輕基隆河流域之洪氾威脅。

The purpose of this study is to examine the uncertainty effect of flood-control indexes, which include drainage sewer system, rainfall-runoff, and channel roughness on floodplain delineation in Keelung River basin. The results will provides some guidelines for the strategy enactment of floodplain management to reduce the flooding risk in Keelung River Basin.
