| dc.description.abstract | 對於可攜式類比數位混合式的系統,急切需 要能工作於低壓電源下的類比電路.因此本計 畫的目的是在研發新的BiCMOS類比電路技術,使 其能工作在2V以下的電源.所考慮的電路包括運 算放大器(Operational amplifiers)□比較器(Comparators )□類比開關(Analog switches)和能隙參考電壓源( Band-gap voltage references).接下來,本計畫將研究如 何整合前述之電路而發展聲音處理系統如切換 電容式濾波器(Switched-capacitor filters)和類比數 位轉換器(Analog-to-digital converters).本計畫所有 電路皆會經過佈局□晶方研製□量測而證明其 實際功能. | zh_TW |
