以人力資源角度探討製造價值延展之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在從製造業公司人力角度，幫助台灣欲進行製造價值延展的公司進行檢視與分析，從中了解製造價值延展的現況與相關作業執行中，需要哪些人力資源。本研究首先選定欲從事製造價值延展的製造業公司，並根據個案公司的需求、所屬資源條件與市場環境，透過專家訪談法與個案研究提供人力資源方面的相關建議。本研究結果，期能提供政府與相關公司作為參考。

This study was designed from demand of Human Resources in manufacturing companies for helping companies in Taiwan which are about to implement “Expansion of Manufacturing”, knowing its current situation and how to practice. First, this study selected the case of manufacturing company that want to implement “Expansion of Manufacturing”. Through expert interviews and case studies, we using Human Resources perspective discussing about the demand of case companies including resource conditions and market environment. Excepting that could be references for government and correlated companies.
