dc.description.abstract | A film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) is designed and fabricated in this work. Using this resonator, a 2.5 GHz voltage-controlled FBAR oscillator is designed and realized with hybrid circuits. The electronic tuning range exceeds +/- 6%. The 2nd harmonics of oscillator is suppressed below 40 dB. The oscillator provides 14.5 dBm of output power and consumes 65 mA from +5V DC power supply. | en_US |
