摘要: 企業在評選品質統統驗證公司考慮的因素主要有公司背景,管理能力,技術能力,產業知識,聲譽與口碑,安全徵信,價格等。評選品質系統驗證公司與評選供應商兩者之間的差異在於品質系統驗證公司與企業的關係是被動的,企業有驗證的需求申請才會有業務往來。 本研究針對大型半導體公司對於選擇品質系統驗證公司的要求,提出一套評分準則,並利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)決定各項評分準則的權重,使之能應用於評選品質系統驗證公司。在評選過程中參與決策者皆為公司品質系統相關主管,決定各因素的權重係採兩兩比較的方式來調查個人所認為的權重,在計算完成各個構面的成對比較矩陣以後,再計算各個構面的最終權重,最後依總分的高低選擇品質系統驗證公司。
Company considered in the selection verification company mainly company background, management ability, technical skills, industry knowledge, reputation , safety credit, and prices. differences in the selection of quality system verification company named supplier that the relationship between the two quality system verification companies and enterprises are passive, enterprises need to verify the application will have business dealings. In this study, large semiconductor companies to choose quality system verification requirements of the company, proposed a scoring criteria, and decided to take advantage of the scoring criteria AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) weights, so that it can be applied to selection of quality system verification the company. After the company's quality systems are all involved in policy-relevant authorities in the selection process to determine the weight of each factor a weight-based mining pairwise comparison approach to investigate individual thought weights complete each facet of computing pairwise comparison matrix, then calculate final weight of each facet of weight, the final score of the level of choice in accordance with the quality system verification company.
