dc.description.abstract本研究之目的在瞭解公司員工對於組織文化的一致性認同的情況,並探討組織文化是否會因部門、職級、年資差異而有所不同。
為能有效達成研究目的,藉由蒐集國內外相關文獻,進行問卷的發展與修正。本研究以Kingston員工作為研究對象,針對行政部門、研發部門、製造部門、MIS部門各部門30份,共計發出120份問卷。
研究結果是用問卷施測Kinsgon員工在組織文化上具有工作創新與冒險、注意細節、結果導向、人員導向、團體導向、積極進取、員工強調安定之七大構面的得分,在人員導向的構面上平均數得分最高,而在強調安定的平均數分數偏低。除了結果導向,其他六個構面之標準差都很低,代表Kingston公司組織文化是為強文化。本研究再針對跨部門及職級及年資進行結果導向的差異分析比較,結果沒有統計上顯著差異
本研究結果分析與討論後,彙整研究結論,並據以提出具體管理意涵與後續研究建議。

In this study, Kingston staff as the research object, for the administrative departments, research and development departments, manufacturing departments, MIS departments of the 30 departments, issued a total of 120 questionnaires
The results of the study found that Kinsgon employees in the organizational culture with job innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, octcome oriented, people oriented, team oriented. aggressiveness、stability of the seven facets. The average score on the person-directed facet is the highest, while the average score on the emphasis on stability is low. Though the standard deviation is very low, on behalf of Kingston corporate culture is for strong culture. In this study, there were no significant differences in the results of the differences among the departments and the grade and years of experience.
After analysis and discussion of the results of this study, the results of the study are summarized and the specific management implications and follow-up research suggestions are put forward.
