一個適用於中小企業的網路監控系統導入模型

Abstract

面對日益龐大的資訊環境，中小企業如何在有限的人力資源下掌握所有服務的運作狀況，在問題發生時儘快做出應變處理，甚至在狀況發生前就事先做好準備？為解決這個問題，全面掌握運作狀況並適時發出警示的網路監控系統已成為不可或缺的工具之一。本論文從如何選擇需求資訊的來源，到需求分析必須要完成的需求發現、需求解析與需求紀錄三大階段，與需求如何進行驗證，提出一個網路監控系統的導入流程模型。從個案分析的結果，導入網路監控系統獲得的人力成本節省效益達41%，適合的網路監控系統確實能對企業資訊服務的穩定度有所助益，同時減少不必要的人力資源浪費。

In the face of the ever-increasing information environment, how can small and medium enterprises grasp the status of all services under limited human resources, response as soon as possible, and even eliminate them before getting worse? For this issue, a Network Monitoring System (NMS), which can provide an overall status and alert if necessary, becomes an essential tool by now. This paper explain and design a model about how to adopt an appropriate network monitoring system, beginning from how to choose the source of requirement information, and three major phases of requirement analysis: requirement discovery, requirement analyzing and requirement recording, then how to verify, select, and adopt. From the case study, with the network monitoring system can reduce human resources by 41%. A well-selected network monitoring system can be helpful for the stability of enterprise information services and reduce the waste of unnecessary human resources.
