摘要: | 本文提出了一種IGBT模塊的設計與實現,其中包括三個串聯和四個並聯的IGBT連結一起與及其柵極驅動器。IGBT模塊可以擴展IGBT的工作電壓範圍和工作電流範圍,是脈衝發生器應用的理想選擇。陳述的相關研究工作基本上分為三個部分:(1)設計通過緩衝電路讓三個串聯和四個並聯IGBT連接在一起,確保最小不平衡電壓共享和不平等的電流共享(2)設計柵極驅動電路,確保許多IGBT穩定運行,響應速度快(3)在獨特的PCB中製作和測試各種組件。本項目中為了共享電壓和IGBT保護的幾個原因,選擇了RC緩衝電路和平衡電阻來保護每個IGBT與及平衡每個IGBT的電壓。 RC緩衝電路具有高可靠性及降低切換時的峰值電壓在平衡電阻則用於在靜態時間共享電壓的正確時間。對於柵極驅動器,由於使用匹配的NPN-PNP晶體管的Totem極點佈置,另外,提供了許多優點,在提高了IC驅動器的輸出電流,因此選擇雙極Totem-Pole方法進行設計。 此外,PCB中的最小不同佈局也使得該項目能夠確保每個並行分支中的當前共享 A design and realization of an insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT)module, which includes three series and four parallel IGBTs connecting together and its gate driver, is presented in this thesis. The IGBT module, which can extend operation voltage range and operation current range of IGBT, is the good choice for pulse generator applications. The presented that states the related research work is essentially divided into three parts: (1) Design three series and four parallel IGBTs connecting together with snubber circuits ensuring minimum of unbalance voltage sharing and unequal current sharing (2) Design gate driver circuit for multi IGBT ensure stable operation and fast response (3) Fabrication and testing of various components in a unique PCB. For sharing voltage and IGBT protection, a RC snubber circuits and balancing resistor has been selected to protect for each single IGBT and balance the voltage in each series IGBT for several reasons in this project. The RC snubber circuits has high reliability and decrease the peak voltage at the right time switching while the balancing resistor use to share the voltage at static time. For gate driver, bipolar Totem-Pole method has been selected to design since Totem pole arrangement using matched NPN-PNP transistors, on the other hand, offer many advantages, while boosting the output currents from IC Drivers. Besides, a minimum of different layout in the PCB also make in this project to ensure current sharing in each parallel branch. |
