摘要: 近几年ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, ADAS)-AVM System (Around View Monitor) 环景影像系统持续的在汽车市场上推广,环景影像系统可让驾驶人于驾驶汽车时加大行车视野,去除视野死角,进而提升行车的安全性,而目前市面上环景影像皆为30万画素(VGA Pixel),未来因应市场要求,车厂欲提供更清晰的影像给消费者,影像画素会逐渐提升至百万画素(MEGA Pixel),其中AVM系统的ECU (Electronic Control Unit) Module影像控制模组,因大量的图资汇入后,工作温度会越来越高。
因此本篇论文乃针对目前量产ECU Module做分析之外,更利用田口分析法、变异数分析法、ANSYS分析软体,另外设计3款ECU Module,提升整体的散热效率,藉此设计出可满足下一代MEGA Pixel散热需求的产品。
The around view monitor (AVM), which is employed in advanced driver assistance systems, is being increasingly used in the automotive industry. An AVM improves automobile safety by enabling drivers to view more of their environment and eliminating their blind spots. Commercially available AVMs have a video graphics array resolution of 300,000 pixels, which will be upgraded to the megapixel level in response to consumer demand. However, such resolution improvement will entail the input of considerable image data into the electronic control unit (ECU) module of the AVM, increasing the ECU module operating temperature accordingly.
This study analyzed the cooling capacity of an existing ECU module used in AVMs and employed the Taguchi method, Analysis of variance, and ANSYS to design an ECU module with higher cooling efficiency. The proposed ECU module can be utilized in AVMs with megapixel resolution.
