摘要: 本文主要是介紹高爾夫有關的增強式訓練計畫。增強式訓練是可以顯著的改善現今運動員表現的一種訓練方法。研究顯示高爾夫的體能訓練如果加入增強式訓練可以增加桿頭速度和揮桿擊球的距離。高爾夫增強式訓練可以依據選手不同的體能程度設計個別化的訓練課程,增強式訓練必須在嚴密的監控和適當的熱身運動狀況下實施,首先要詳細的評估每個選手的肌力、肌耐力和柔軟度等問題,然後設計一套個別化、特屬性(揮桿動作技巧)、多樣性的訓練項目和課程。結論:高爾夫的體能訓練如果加入增強式訓練的課程,不僅可以強化揮桿的流暢性和揮桿動作順序的協調,使揮桿動作更合乎運動生物力學和效率外,亦可降低高爾夫揮桿造成的運動傷害和風險。
This article is to introduce golf-related plyometric training program. Plyometrics is one of the training methods that have produced significant improvement in today's athlete's performance. Research has demonstrated that the integration of plyometrics into a golf training program increases club head speed and driving distance. However, there is an effective strength program that can be individualized for every golfer. Plyometrics workouts should be performed under supervision and adequately warm up before implementing plyometric training program. Implementing an effective assessment that can identify each golfer's strength, endurance, flexibility issues; then designing an individualized, cross-specific (to swing skill), conditioning program with the menu of protocol choices. Golf p layers plyometric training can be based on different physical design individualized degree programs. Conclusion: Golf fitness training if you add plyometric training courses can not only strengthen the swing and swing smooth coordination in order to make more consistent swing biomechanics and efficiency, it can also result in reducing the movement of golf swing injury and risks.
