摘要: 目的:本研究旨在探究大学运动员知觉教练期望价值与运动成就之关系。方法:以问卷调查法针对国立大学体育系(日间部)之学生进行问卷施测,采丛集抽样进行资料搜集,共回收429份有效问卷,资料处理以描述性统计、验证性因素分析与相关分析进行资料分析。结果:大学运动员知觉教练能力期望、教练需求努力、工作价值与运动成就呈现显着正向相关,而教练失败心理代价与运动成就则无显着相关存在。结论:教练应给予大学运动员明确之能力期望和传递运动训练之价值,并适时给予正向回馈及告知需求努力之方向,以提升运动员成就表现。
Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the connection between college athletes' perceived coach expectation-value and sport achievements. Methods: This study conducts a survey using cluster sampling to collect data from college athletes in the departments of physical education from national universities. A total of 429 valid questionnaires were returned. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and analysis of correlation. Result: The results show that college athletes' perceived coach ability expectancy, required effort, and task value, respectively, had positive correlation with sport achievements, but psychological cost of failure did not. Conclusion: Sport coaches should give specific, yet clear, expectations, and deliver sport training value to sports men. In addition, they should provide positive feedback and inform efforts to meet the demands, for the purpose of enhancing the performance of athletes' achievements.
