摘要: | 在現今供應鏈蓬勃發展下,傳統的補貨模式,會造成下游零售商和顧客堆積太多的庫存,或造成缺貨而無法滿足需求的情形。針對此問題,TOC提出了Demand Pull的補貨模式,並同時搭配工廠端倉庫的建立,期望能獲得績效之改善。因此在缺乏實證研究下,本研究利用Dr.Goldratt所開發之Bean Game,來加以設計不同情境下之供應鏈系統。並期望能夠藉由遊戲的實際操作,讓遊戲者和管理者能夠對於TOC補貨方法,有著更深一步的了解和贊同。 Under the great development of the supply chain currently, traditional stock replenishment model causes lower retailer and customer having too much stock or out of stock to cater their demand. Focus on this problem, TOC mention stock replenishment of Demand Pull, and match establishment of warehouse of factory simultaneously. It’s expected to get improvement of performance. Therefore, under lack of actual research, my research uses Bean Game that Dr. Goldratt developed to design supply system of different situation. And I expect that actor and manager have more realization and agree on stock replenishment of TOC by operating real game. |
