隨著液晶面板LCD產業的蓬勃發展，週邊配合的關鍵零組件產業的競爭也更佳的激烈。液態晶體產業也不斷的在市場規模及技術成熟度上持續的成長。 本研究藉著產業資料收集的方式探討目前在台灣的液晶面板材料市場中，液態晶體材料產業各大廠的競爭現況與技術發展，並整理出LCD產業與液態晶體材料市場規模的成長情形。 進一步以五力分析探討在產業中目前遇到的各方面競爭強度， 再搭配SWOT分析目前台灣本土的液晶供應商的優、劣勢與機會、威脅，最後以分析的結果配合目前的市場現況建議整個產業及該本土液晶供應商公司未來的策略走向。

Accompany with the development of LCD industry, other key component suppliers also compete seriously in the market. The liquid crystal material market size and technology also continually growth with the trend. The research method of this thesis collected data from LCD industry, to analysis the competition and technical developed situation amongu suppliers in liquid crystal industry, and have a general picture of market size development of liquid crystal industry in Taiwan. Furthermore, analysis by Five Forces of M. Porter to determine the competitive situation in this industry, and used SWOT to analysis Taiwan local liquid crystal supplier , then have suggestions for local supplier company and strategic direction in the future for the industry.
