摘要: | 近年來,無線射頻辨識(RFID)是通訊業界熱門的話題。自從Wal-Mart宣佈從2005年起,前100大供應商必需在棧板上使用RFID,以利用RFID的技術來改善存貨管理。這個消息讓許多企業對於RFID的應用感到興趣,RFID即將成為企業非常重要的資訊科技應用。
本研究應用無線射頻辨識技術,在營建材料製造商出貨時,使用RFID作為資料收集,同時將資料送到後端系統,以提供給建材商、營造廠、營造工地等,得以查詢該建材最新最正確的產品資訊。本研究的目的,在於設計及建置一個無線射頻辨識系統架構,此架構能整合營造產業現有的倉儲管理系統與物流業的貨物運輸作業流程,並根據此架構實際規劃及建構一個符合功能的資訊系統。
本研究的結果確實能夠應用RFID標籤內的資料,來提供營造產業的建材供應鏈之建材進出貨的追蹤。根據研究結果,本研究所提出的RFID倉儲管理系統,可提升建材進出貨的效率,節省倉儲管理之成本,立即追蹤最新的建材遞送狀況,並能提升整體供應鏈的可視度。 Radio frequency identification (RFID) has been a hot topic in communication industry recently. In January, 2005, Wal-Mart announced its top one hundred suppliers would all have to embed RFID into the pallets of inventories thereafter and take advantage of RFID technology to improve the inventory management. This stimulant piece of news has aroused such a good deal of enterprises’ interest to research RFID related applications that RFID will doubtlessly become a very crucial and decisive part in information technology going forward. This research utilizes RFID to collect data whenever construction material manufacturers deliver the shipments and transmit the data to end terminals so that construction material suppliers, factories, and construction sites are able to inquire the latest and accurate information of material products. This research aims at designing and establishing a RFID infrastructure which could integrate the current warehousing management systems in construction industry with logistic operation workflows in logistics industry and simultaneously put it into practice with scheming to build up a well-functioned information system. |
