dc.description.abstract記憶卡封測代工廠的客戶可分為大廠客戶與小廠客戶兩類型。大廠客戶為長期客戶其訂單穩定,然而,為其代工單位利潤低。而小廠客戶的訂單屬於短期性質,訂單不穩定,但為其代工單位利潤較大客戶高。大廠客戶可掌控晶片料源,不易更改其訂單內容。然而小廠客戶因不易掌控晶片料源,經常更改其訂單內容,導致記憶封測代工廠生產線換線頻繁,造成產能的損失。本論文探討如何將產能分配給這二類型的客戶,以最大化記憶卡封測代工廠的利潤。本論文分析市場變化對這二類型客戶訂單的影響,進而利用決策樹分析手法,探討在既定的產能分配可行方案中,如何決定最佳產能分配方案。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe customers in F memory card back end foundry in Taiwan can be divided into two types: regular customer and irregular customer. The characteristics of regular customer are as follows: long-term partner relationship, stable demands, and low foundry price. However, the foundry price for irregular customer is higher than it for regular customer. Generally the demand of Irregular customer varies radically and the contents in his order are frequently made changes. How to allocate capacity to these customers is an important issue. In this study we analyze the market trend and use decision tree to select a capacity allocation alternative among the given feasible alternatives to maximize the profit for F memory card back end foundry.en_US
