dc.description.abstract | 在現今的供應鏈系統中供應商與系統製造商有兩種營運模式,為供應商管理存貨 (Vendor Management Inventory; VMI) 模式與接單式生產(Make-to-Order) 模式,為維持與改善供應鏈flow 的順暢,雙方必須建立一雙贏的合作關係,高德拉特博士(Dr. Goldratt) 提出拉式需求(Demand-Pull) 、簡化型限制驅導式排程法(Simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope; SDBR) 與緩衝管理(Buffer Management),能夠有效的改善目前供應鏈中存在的問題, 本研究運用高德拉特博士所發展的有效產出- 元- 天 (Throughput-Dollar-Days; TDD)、存貨-元-天(Inventory-Dollar-Days; IDD) 與緩衝管理 (時間與庫存數量) 做為發展一套雙方可以互評的雙贏績效指標,並利用此互評機制,收集阻礙供應鏈flow 的原因,並針對這些原因進行改善,避免同樣的問題再度發生而阻礙供應鏈的flow,以促進供應鏈flow 的順暢。 | zh_TW |
