摘要: | 台灣封裝測試產業已經在國際市場佔有領先的地位,且處於發展成熟階段,但是在獲利及管理方面仍屬於勞力密集的產業,因此導入RFID系統及相關作業流程,以降低人力成本及作業疏失,提高管理效率及快速取得正確的生產資訊,發展更優越的半導體封裝測試服務,從而提昇整體的競爭力。 以半導體晶圓測試廠A公司RFID 系統效益為例,及時追蹤晶圓生產狀況、監控晶圓的流向、生產流程正確及異常管控能力、相關製造配件及耗材管控、資訊準確性與及透明性。而這些效益如何評估且量化,為本論文重點之一;另外對於RFID系統最後實際運作上相關問題,也於本篇論文中以深度訪談進行探討,綜合整體結論希望能夠提供未來有意建構RFID系統相關人員參考。 RFID 系統關鍵成功因素為系統投資成本、系統規劃及建構、系統整合能力、系統準確性與穩定性,而這些因素則取決於提供RFID系統服務公司整合能力與技術服務能力,另外系統後續的運作及維護也是十分重要,對於RFID資訊系統 這種與客戶互動性高的產業,為了能夠充份滿足客戶,及時解決客戶問題,資訊系統技術服務能力是不可或缺的。 The semiconductor testing and assembly industry in Taiwan has occupied a leading position and in a mature stage in the worldwide market. But in terms of profitability and management is still a labor-intensive industry. So to implement RFID systems and related processes which will reduce labor costs and operating errors, improve management efficiency and get the correct production information rapidly, develop superior semiconductor testing and assembly services, and improve overall competitiveness as well. RFID system in a semiconductor testing and assembly company A to track real-time status throughout wafers production, logistic, processes and abnormality control, kits and materials control, information accuracy and transparency. How to estimate, quantify and further use these benefits in order to maximize returns on investment made is also the major subject of this study. Furthermore, the construction planning and construction process of RFID systems as well as issues related to the final actual operation were also included in this study as a valuable reference for who intends to build RFID systems in future. The key success factors of RFID system include overall investment cost, capability of database setup and system integration, system accuracy and stability rely on RFID systems service company ability in terms of integration and technology capabilities. Especially for those industries, such as RFID system, with highly interactive with customer in integration services while system construction phase, the services capability of information technology is indispensable, in order to fully satisfy customers and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. |
