Recently, digital TV has spring up and become new generation digital family center. Compare Digital TV with traditional TV, there are some difference between them, for example, Digital TV can provide service such as information transmission, video on demand, e-shopping, e-band, interactive commercial, real time news and have more channels. In now Stay-Home Economy era, these service can provide convenience that we do the same things we usually do outside. Therefore, the interaction between TV and people change from passive information view to active service interaction. These changes can make people behave interactive by using Digital TV. Now more and more people such as friends, family are separated because their school work and work. It would affect each other’s relationship. Therefore, we want to develop design features on interactive television’s social interaction for Long-Distance lovers by asking their problems in their daily intimate relationships with user-centered method. We can find the major five problems such as lack of timing sharing, lack of communication quality, lack of information sharing, lack of body closeness, lack of reliance in our interviews. Base on these problems and digital TV’s technology, we can explore seven design features to maintain their relationships. |
