以層級程序分析法探討台灣數位家庭產業的發展策略

Abstract

隨著科技的快速汰舊換新以及網際網路的普及，人類的物質生活相較以往也有了跨時代的變革，其中數位家庭網路產業的擴散與發展，更被趨勢專家Don Tapscott認為是第二波資訊革命。當數位化技術已臻成熟，足以改變人們過去既有的生活模式，伴隨而來的思考便是我們要以怎麼樣的方式去使我們日常生活更加便利、營造更好的生活品質，現行家庭自動化已經是可以實現的概念，但是尚未出現標準化模式以及產業領導者，因此本研究首先是藉由相關文獻的探討與整理，歸納出影響數位家庭產業未來發展趨勢的關鍵因素，最後透過層級程序分析法的研究架構來探究各關鍵因素如何影響數位家庭產業的發展策略。 本研究將產學界專家的意見以及現有技術與產品作一綜整，將數位家庭產業劃分為消費者需求面、市場導向面、產業平台面、技術能力面以及政府政策面等五大構面，運用層級程序分析法探討各構面與因素之間的權重關係以及數位家庭產業體系的價值活動運作，期能提供有參考價值的發展策略。

Followed by advanced technology and the development of Internet, the living standard compared with the past has improved a lot. The diffusion and development of digital home industry was regarded by trend expert Don Tapscott as the second wave information revolution. We should think about how to increase the living standard so that living can be more convenient and comfortable. This study uses expert opinions to find out key factors that influence the development of digital home industry and build AHP model to analyze how key factors affect the development of digital home industry.

This study integrate the opinions from industry and academic experts, there will be sorted with five dimensions：consumer demand、market oriented、industry platform、technological ability、government policy. This research uses AHP model to explore the weight relations of dimensions and key factors. I hope the study will provide some reference value to develop and formulate industrial strategy.
