dc.description.abstract | 全球藥業市場受到人口逐漸老年化的趨勢,各國政府對藥業紛紛提出各項優惠政策,另隨著2010年的即將到來,愈來愈多專利藥之專利保護即將過期,可開發之學名藥種類偏多,致使現今全球原料藥產業處於高度競爭的狀態。近年來,我國政府對於生技產業的發展也愈加重視,透過「生技新藥產業發展條例」等一系列政策的推行,希望為台灣發展成出另一個兆元產業。 本研究以個案分析方式進行,研究對象為台灣神隆公司,該公司在競爭激烈的高門檻原料藥產業中,從1997年建廠開始年年虧損, 從2006年轉虧為盈, 並在2007年及2008年營收與獲利繼續呈現亮麗的成長,屢創新高。今透過對該公司的分析,期望找出其關鍵成功因素及競爭優勢,進而提供個案公司、政府部門等業界作為發展台灣原料藥產業之參考。經研究發現台灣神隆公司主要關鍵成功因素及競爭優勢為:(1)掌握時機,結合政策及資源,擁有資本優勢;(2)利用世界級的規模及品質,發展全球競爭;(3)借重外籍專業並培養本土人才,克服發展障礙;(4)持續創新,具有堅強的研發能力;(5)以「顧客導向」公司文化,擴大客戶關係經營;(6)慎選產品開發項目,專注利基產品市場;(7)善用台灣之競爭優勢,進行國際市場競爭。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The pharmaceutical market now is in highly competition situation due to trend of the older, supplies of governments and many types of patents expired drugs will be permitted to produce with 2010 coming. In past decades, our government put more and more attention on biotech & pharmaceutical industry and hoping it to become another trillion industry of Taiwan under assistance of government’s polices. This research focuses on Scino Pharm Taiwan,Ltd which revenue and profits can remain a brilliant success under highly competing environment, hoping to figure out it’s critical success factors and competitive advantages. Through the case study and analysis, we can indicate several determinants of ScinoPharm as follow: (1) combining the resources of society and polices of government to possess advantages of the capital;(2) using superiority of scale and quality to develop global market;(3) Relying on foreign experts to overcome obstacles of firm’s development;(4) having a strong R & D capability;(5) creating customer-oriented culture; (6) focusing on niche product and market ;(7) making best use of advantages of Taiwan, such as productivity and R & D capability. | en_US |
