dc.description.abstract本研究以個案的方式,探討台灣一家上市公司由傳統產業跨足高科技產業時,持續以資源基礎理論、五力分析、SWOT分析來巧妙地運用當時擁有的研發人力資源以創造競爭優勢,並擬定各階段的策略。在執行策略的過程中,也陸續在兩岸籌組研發團隊以填補資源缺口,進而強化競爭優勢。本研究也探討在中國大陸成立研發團隊時,人才的選育用訓留以及兩岸研發團隊的合作機制。zh_TW
