The electrical consumption of this study National Chiao Tung University engineering building2 significantly descended after renovating. This study through two kinds of estimate mode to get the electrical consumption proportion of National Chiao Tung University engineering building2 to analyze the reason of descended electrical consumption. Also through analyzing and estimating the energy use index (EUI) of this study each space to find the energy improved space of school architecture to offer the energy conservation benefit evaluation and improve suggestion. The five mainly power structure of engineering building2 is illuminating, computer, air conditioner, other power and elevator.By estimated result of estimate mode I, illuminating occupied 30.10%, computer occupied 25.07%, air conditioner occupied 36.46%, other power occupies 7.6%, elevator occupies 0.78%. By estimated result of estimate mode II, illuminating occupied 27.95%, computer occupied 27.97%, air conditioner occupied 33.85%, other power occupies 9.51%, elevator occupies 0.72%.The sum of engineering building2 each space energy use index (EUI) is between 45.266~67.139, equating with the 97 year energy use index (EUI) of engineering building2 64.78 and the 98 year energy use index (EUI) of engineering building2 53.825. By analyzing result of the lighting equipment improvement, the energy-saving performance of T5 lamp is 20.78%.
