面對地球環境的轉變，暖化常導致海平面上升，石化燃料的過度使用造成環境汙染與能源枯竭。全球化帶來了方便也造成無數的危機，世界牽一髮動全身。所以新時代的建築需要以何種議題來面對這個快速變化又危充滿機的世界?
