摘要: 本研究主要以產業組合分析模式,研究不斷電系統產業之競爭策略,並以市場策略群組與不斷電系統產業價值鏈為做為分析模型之縱橫軸。透過此一分析區隔出不斷電系統產業之定位,並利用產業創新需求要素分析模式及產業專家之意見調查,分析歸納出發展不斷電系統產業的關鍵成功要素,提出不斷電系統未來發展的可能經營策略。 分析後結果得出,台灣不斷電系統產業目前定位在介於產品與技術領導者與營運效能領導者之間的製造、代工階段。未來冀望針對製造技術持續投入,強化不斷電系統產業在行銷、服務階段發展。 為輔助不斷電系統產業成長,本研究根據產業創新需求要素與政策類型的分析結果得到,政府需要優先提供與加強的要素有:【規格制定能力】、【需求量大的市場】、【策略聯盟的靈活運作能力】、【多元需求的市場】。
This thesis reports on developing a strategic assessment of the Unintteruptible Power System(UPS) industry, using a portfolio model to assess competitive and strategic requirements. The portfolio model entails a two-dimensional analysis, containing the strategic grouping and the value chain. Three research methods used for data collection are literature review, expert interview, and general survey. Research results reveal that UPS Systems industry is positioned between “Product Leadership” stage and “Operational Excellence” stage of the stragic grouping, and also be at Production and OEM satge of the value chain. Future prospects should be placed at the position between “Product Leadership” stage and “Operational Excellence” stage of the stragic grouping, and base on the Production and OEM stage to move to Marketing and Service region of the value chain. Future analysis leads to a conclusion that the most critical categories of policy instruments are “Ability to set Standards”, ”Large market demand”, “Flexible operational capabilities of a strategic alliance”, ”Diverse needs of the market”.
