資訊分享社群網站之建置與經營

Abstract

近年來，由於網路人口與主機數量快速增加，加上資訊科技迅速發展等因素，造成人類的行為習慣與商業的經營模式不斷改變，針對使用者互動的虛擬社群開始大量成立網站並提供各種多元化的服務，這些服務與使用者之間幾乎都必須經由網站主機媒介來進行訊息溝通與資料交換，所以網站主機在Web2.0概念出現後，連線主機數量的成長趨勢驚人，在全球數億個網站數量中，想要成功經營網站的難度也更加提高。而網站商業化的過程就像一個企業的經營方式，經營的主要策略之一是如何降低營運的成本，維持網站持續的運作；再來思考什麼樣的經營策略才能提高網站曝光度，爭取更多的使用者加入並對網站產生歸屬感，最後從中獲取價值。而建置網站的硬體不一定需要投資高價位設備或頻寬線路，合理的投資只要利用適當的設計，同樣能提供網站系統穩定且高效率的運作。本研究透過一系列的軟硬體配置與頻寬管理解決方案，讓資訊分享型網站在高網路流量下穩定運作，其中包括：1.負載平衡之頻寬管理；2.網路介面Bonding；3.連線流量管理；4.下載累計流量限制；5.樣版引擎等技術。更進一步分析網站經營的過程中，如何提高曝光率、吸引人潮、增加互動及獲取價值，尋求一個使中小型網站能有效獲利的經營模式，最後也在搜尋引擎服務中獲得不錯的排名結果。過去這些問題的研究大多以旁觀者的角色探討或分析個案，缺乏從經營者的角度以較實務的觀點論述相關問題，希望本研究的內容能協助廣大中小型網站的經營與發展，也讓網路社群與網站經營等相關研究內容更加充實。

Nowadays, as network population and host quantities have fast increased and add to the rapid development of information technology and so on factors, which lead to human beings behavior and business model to ceaseless changes. Those aims at user’s interactive virtual community begin to found large numbers of websites and provide various kinds of service. There is all nearly need of web host as medium to conduct information communication and materials exchanges between the service and users. Therefore after Web2.0 concept appeared in web host, there is astonishing growing trend of host connection, but it would be also harder if you want to successfully run the website among hundreds of millions of websites around the world. Website commercialization process just likes a mode of operation of enterprises, one of the main strategies is how to reduce operation costs to maintain website continued operate and then we should think what kind of operation strategies to improve website exposure for more users join in and having a sense of belonging to the website and finally we obtain value. However, building website hardware does not always need to invest in high-priced equipment or bandwidth line because reasonable investment just use proper design can likewise provide website system stable and high-level efficient operation. The research gets through a series of hardware and software configuration and bandwidth management solution for information sharing website stably working with high network traffic, they including: 1 Load balancing of bandwidth management 2 Network interface bonding 3 Connection Session Control 4 Cumulative download traffic Control 5 Template engine and so on technology. In the further process of website operation analysis, there are some issues: how to improve website exposure rate, attract people, increase interaction and obtain value, look for a business model that can make small or mid-scale sites can profit effectively and for the last how to gain a good position in the search engine service. In the past, these issues’ research mostly did from bystander view to discuss and analyze the case, which is lack of an operator’s view from more practical point of view to state relevant issues. I hope the research content can assist the operation and development of wide ranged small and mid-scale websites and make website community and site management and so on relevant research content more substantial.
