手機零組件在新產品開發階段的供應商評選因素之探討

Abstract

在手機製造的產業中，供應商在新產品開發階段的參與，對新產品是否能如期推出，及產品的品質與成本的管控有極大的影響。供應商評選在整個供應鏈管理中的供應商管理扮演重要的角色，有了完善的供應商評選過程，才能為良好的供應商關係做基礎。本研究從新產品開發的流程出發，以產品不同的定位說明供應商參與新產品開發的階段，新產品開發本身是一個充滿不確定性的活動，所以將會受到風險因素的影響，而不同階段所存在的風險因子有所差異，本研究將各項風險因素融入供應商評選的流程中，提出了開發階段的評選流程，隨之本論文彙整構建評選考量因素，定義各因素進行評估，期望降低風險的影響，以建立系統化的供應商評選機制。

In the mobile phone manufacturing industry, suppliers involved in new product development (NPD) stage have a great impact on the new product launch schedule, the product quality, and the cost control. So, we consider supplier selection plays an important role in the entire supplier management. We start from new product development, with different product type that suppliers involved in different NPD stage. Since new product development itself is a risky environment, the risk factor of different NPD stage are not really the same. We consider risk factors into proposed supplier selection process, and build selection considerations by surveying the literature in the past. Further, we define these considerations, finally we use them to assess supplier in different product type.
