晶圓代工產業之服務創新－以台積電為例

Abstract

本研究旨在了解台灣晶圓代工產業，未來對於服務創新此一趨勢的重要性與發展方向，以及台灣晶圓代工業者為因應經營獲利，在轉型科技服務業時應改善的優先重點，並探討台灣晶圓代工業者在面對全球市場景氣壓力下，未來發展策略的可能趨勢。本研究首先探討相關次級資料及文獻，以作為研究理論基礎，進而針對台灣晶圓代工產業之特性及發展現況，進行資料蒐集及分類，建構出初步的構面層級，並利用德爾菲法進行專家訪談，篩選合適之構面與評估準則，歸納出各準則間的重要性與權重關係。最後，歸納出研究結論，並提出具體建議，作為台灣晶圓代工業者，未來在服務創新管理重點的制定、發展策略的擬定，以及相關政府主管機關研究產業發展的參考，並作為後續研究者深入探討方向的依據。

This study is aimed to analyze the future trends of foundry industry in Taiwan from the aspect of service innovation, and then discuss the priorities over exit strategy and other possible strategies toward the pressure of global economic situation for foundry businesses as well. First, we study throuth the literature and secondary data as a theoretical basis, and then collect and classify the information from the characteristics and development status of the foundry industry in Taiwan to construct the initial dimensions. Therefore, by using the Delphi and ANP method combined with expert interviews, the study generalized the importances and weight relationships from the sorted clusters and critirias. In conclusion, we summarize the expert questionnaire results which show the priorities of service innovation development in a case study of TSMC for reference and make recommendations to companies on the foundry supply chain as well as the relevant government authorities.
