摘要: 十九世紀出生於潘普洛那城的偉大作曲家與小提琴家薩拉沙特,擁有絢麗奪目的技巧與華麗的音色,被譽為「帕格尼尼再世」。薩拉沙泰身上流著西班牙熱情的血液,創作了許多洋溢著祖國特有情調的舞曲,其中包含八首著名的西班牙舞曲、《流浪者之歌》、《卡門幻想曲》都是薩拉沙泰遺留下來的鉅作。 這首根據巴斯克地方的民俗音樂所作的《巴斯克隨想曲》,雖然不在1878-1882年間所作的西班牙系列舞曲中,但與其他八首民謠舞曲取向的作品在音樂上來說頗有異曲同工之妙。《巴斯克隨想曲》不論是旋律素材、節奏特色、曲式結構,或是對器樂的模仿,都有著代表西班牙精神的特殊意義,極具地方色彩;其中使用了強烈的節奏,再加上各式各樣的技巧,形成了獨特的「薩拉沙泰風味」。本論文藉由探討巴斯克地區的地理環境與歷史背景,並了解其音樂文化與傳統樂器,可望深入了解作品的創作內容。
The great composer and violinist, Poblo de Sarasate, was born in Pamplona Spain, 19th century, is well-known for having magnificent, outstanding techniques and played with splendid timbre, and was also hailed as “the incarnation of Paganini”. Sarasate lived with his Spanish passion in his blood, and created numerous dance music filled with the unique sentiment from his homeland. These works include eight famous Spanish Dances, such as “Zigeunerweisen” and “Fantasy on Carmen”. These are the masterpieces that Sarasate had generously left us. “The Basque Caprice” was composed with the use of local folk music in the Basque regions of Spain. Although this work is not included in the serial Spanish Dances finished between the years from 1878 to 1882, the tendency of using folk song elements in this piece makes it similar to the other eight works. The “Basque Caprice” represents a special meaning of the Spanish spirits and it’s filled with local features in the materials of melodies, the unique rhythms, the structures of the form, and also the imitation of instrumental music. Among all, this work employs strong rhythms, in addition with various kinds of composition techniques, which builds and forms the “Sarasate taste ”. This research introduces the geographical and historical background of the Basque regions, and then presents in regards of the music culture and traditional music of the regions, and through the two points mentioned above, we can thoroughly acquire information regarding the creative elements and contents of the work.
