摘要: 本研究是以一家于2009年新建厂完成的太阳能电池制造厂为实例,案例中以工厂内实际所发生的问题;产出不稳定,在制品存货太高,产能受限资源未被有效利用,非产能受限资源未配合瓶颈资源的产出,同时经营层面无产能受限之概念等问题,藉由TOC限制理论所提出的一套基本持续改善的程序具体的应用在实际的太阳能电池制造厂之工厂管理上,同时将这个应用过程当中所面临到的经营层面与管理层面的问题与TOC所提到的瓶颈问题作一验证比对。最终目的在使得在制品存货最低,制造周期时间最短,让组织整体绩效能够持续稳定的成长。
This research is take one solar cell factory which puts up a factory newly in 2009 completes as the example, in the case the question which actual occurs by the factory in; Delivers not stably, the goods in process stores goods is too high, produces can receive limits the resources not to use effectively, must produces can receive limits the resources not to coordinate the bottleneck resources output, simultaneously manages the stratification plane not to produce can receive limits questions and so on concept, proposes the procedure concrete application which because of the TOC limit theory a set basic improves continually of plant management in the actual solar cell factory, the bottleneck question which simultaneously faces the management stratification plane which and the management stratification plane's question and TOC this application process mentioned to do rightly a confirmation compared.The final goal is causing the goods in process to store goods lowly, the manufacturing cycle is shortest, enables the organization overall achievements can continue the stable growth.
