摘要: 雲端時代逐漸成形,許多的商業模式和需求也因此改變,雖然雲端概念並非新的觀念,然而因為基礎建設和網路架構的完整,使得雲端應用開始逐漸蓬勃發展。「雲端運算」未來將成為每個國家的重要基礎建設。雲端運算讓電腦運算資源改以服務形式,經由網際網路直接取得,重新塑造資訊產業供應鏈,全球資訊產業重新洗牌,引發新一波的競爭局勢。 本研究將以Albert S Humphrey 的SWOT分析理論,並且以Q公司為個案,探討雲端伺服器代工產業的未來趨勢和競爭優勢。針對Q公司所擁有的內部資源競爭,和目前外部的機會進行分析,同時進一步探討個案公司的內部劣勢和外部威脅以專家訪談的方式試圖提出可行之解決方案以加強個案公司之解決方案以補強個案公司的弱勢和抵抗外部威脅。 本研究經過資料分析和探討得到以下的結論和建議。雲端伺服器代工產業的正處於蓬勃發展期和短期增長速度快,其競爭環境和技術的發展正在迅速改變。雲端伺服器代工業者應該根據自己的競爭優勢、核心能力和差異,重新佈局在有利的戰略位置,以挑戰未來的經營環境。建構完整解決方案的設計、製造、服務的一條鞭策略將是提升企業競爭力增加獲利的最佳方案,如能及早建立完整的服務體系未來將更能主導雲端伺服器的供應體系。培養整體解決方案的規劃和設計是首要的的成熟和長期增長速度逐步放慢,市場激烈的競爭將集中在技術、價值服務、定價與專門工程服務。 透過策略聯盟,可以提升雲端伺服器解決方案的領先地位。
It’s now ear of cloud computing, many business models and requirements are also changing. It is obviously that the concept of the cloud computer is not brand-new application but the foundmantal infrastructure enables the prosperous development of cloud computing applications. Serice will lead the cloud computing into a new extreme competition challenge. The thesis will explore the strategy and business model of a server ODM company base on the case of company Q. The thesis will introduce the SWOT theory from Albert S Humphrey. The internal strength and weakness are analyzed according to the real case of company Q, while the opportunity and threat from external environment are leveraged from industrial research report and the internal accessment. The thesis will also get deep into the possibile solution for the external threat and internal weakness. As the result of the questionnaire from expertise in company Q, the thesis comes out some conclusions and advices to company Q. Server ODM companies should deploy their overall arrangement per individual core competition, strength and differentiation. Build up the total solution for design , manufactory , and customer service is the best way to enhance company competition and migrate into another level of the design service company. Alianment with processor company and chipset vendor is also a good strategy to reveal company differentiation and speed up the design period to fulfill customer requirements.
