dc.description.abstract本研究所探討分析的個案公司,是台灣一家典型的公司,如何從一家貿易進口公司,進而設立傳統機械加工廠而後進一步轉型生產製造CNC 精密機械,再而跨業轉型進入電子機械產業,生產製造PCB 成型機和鑽孔機。本研究藉由資源基礎理論,Michael Porter 的五力分析及SWOT 分析來解讀個案公司如何利用國際合作、研發團隊、不斷的轉型開發有潛力的核心產品、和自有品牌、以強化競爭優勢,創造公司最大的利潤空間。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes a typical case of Taiwan manufacturing industry. We expound the process of industrial transformation of A company from an import trading firm to a conventional machining factory, then to a CNC precision machinery manufacturer, eventually stepping into an provider of electric machineries such as PCB CNC Router and PCB CNC Drillers for PCB industry. With the resource-based view, five-force analysis and SWOT analysis, this case study intends to interpret how A company use its international alliance, research and development to develop potential core products and ordnance bench mark(OBM), therefore strengthening competitive advantages and pursuing the maximum of profit earning.en_US
